Insidious cellulite, or, in medical terms, gynoid lipodystrophy, is not necessarily a sign of obesity. This explains why cellulite appears in 95% of women (including on the legs and buttocks) and is rare in men. Differences in the skin structure of men and women also play an important role. - Leg raises. From a side-lying position, place your head on your arm extended along the floor. With your other hand, lean on the floor and make a smooth swing with your free leg up as you inhale. As you exhale, lower your leg, but not all the way, but leaving it hanging slightly. Repeat the same exercise with the other leg, performing 10 swings.
- Bridge. Lie on your back with your feet hip-width apart, hands clasped at the back of your head, legs bent at the knees. Inhale – gently lift your pelvis, leaning on your shoulders and feet. The muscles of the thighs and buttocks should be as tense as possible. Hold this position for a count of 10 and lower yourself, exhaling slowly.
When performing exercises, it is important to ensure that the muscles of the legs and buttocks are tensed as much as possible. This helps to increase the effectiveness of the fight against cellulite on the legs and thighs several times.
Massage
A useful and effective procedure for cellulite on the legs is massage. With the help of a deep anti-cellulite massage, you can achieve several effects at once:
